Account Manager Intern
Our Account Manager Intern is an organizational prodigy who likes creating structure and processes. They are comfortable taking direction and presenting solutions to senior executives. The right candidate is a ninja whose computing skills include: excel formulas, beautiful PowerPoint presentations, and a quiet confidence that you can find anything on the web.
Responsibilities
Become the CMO's right hand by helping his brand vision come to life through ALL aspects of tangible deliverables.
Assist in creating and executing the festival's communication structure.
Become a primary resource with vendors, partners, team members, internal stakeholders, and partners.
Perfect Candidate
You are fast and accurate! You can bang out emails, create spreadsheets and proofread efficiently. You have an easy disposition and are adverse to drama. You can remain calm and thrive in a fast-paced environment that has minimal structure. . . because you're going to help build it. As an intern, you are comfortable remaining in the background, making magic happen behind the scenes.

Is equally as soulful as they are thick-skinned
You must be exceptionally disciplined in your approach, willing to ask questions, and confident to work independently. We are NOT hand holders!
Listens well and eagerly takes direction and constructive criticism.
Is often told. . . "you just get it"
Passionate for creative culture and sports camaraderie.
This position is expected to start as soon as possible and continue through the entire Winter/Spring term (i.e. through April/May) or into early Summer 2023 if available.
This internship is unpaid, however, interns will gain hands-on, real-world experience, and be directly mentored by senior leadership. Paid opportunities may be available during the summer for interns who excel.
